2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must include original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- Items must not have stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume/deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

7. Return Shipping Cost
- Our error: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping or provide assistance.
- Customer choice: If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind), the customer pays return shipping.
